The probate court of Goodhue county admitted to probate the will of John Olson, and Ray Olson, as objector, appealed to the district court, where the matter was heard de novo. There were findings, Charles P. Hall, Judge, reversing the order of the probate court on the ground that decedent lacked testamentary capacity and that at the time of the execution of the will he was unduly influenced by Henrietta May Mork. From an order denying their motion for a new trial, John A. Anderson as representative of said estate and Henrietta May Mork appealed.
