Ralph Schultz, executor under a will of the decedent dated November 3, 1958, objected to the admission of the later will to probate on the grounds that it was improperly executed, that the testatrix lacked testamentary capacity when it was executed, and that it was procured by the undue influence of Harold and Sylvia Lena. From an order overruling these objections, and admitting the 1960 will to probate, Schultz and the Bay View Bethel Evangelical United Brethren Church appeal.
