Peter King retired on February 28, 1961, after being employed by the Milwaukee Journal Company for thirty-three years. Pursuant to an employees pension trust agreement, a pension plan was adopted by the Journal Company in 1943. Peter King, upon his retirement, qualified under the terms of this agreement and, at the time of his death, was receiving a monthly pension payment of $1,184.16. Peter King died on May 14, 1961.
